i dont see how they could unless they took your id info. but that is an invasion of privacy or could lead u to indenty theft. id say it is one per person per day.

playstation made a huge mistake in the design of those units, i dont see how someone could only be allowed one when they are always tearing up.....what happens is the fan traps alot of dust and dirt on scatters it around the inside of the unit, eventually it collects onto the laser and thats where all the disc read errors occur. Ive fixed about 10 of those things for friends and myself, but I know if Ive fixed that many, others Im sure most likely have the same problems.

One problem that i heard of was the square button was to close to the screen and is getting stuck.
I think the one per person is that you can only buy one at a time. You can comeback and buy another one the next day just not more than one at a time.
